Can i win an African American scholarship if im a white african american?
COUNSELORS, TEACHERS OR SMART PEOPLE ANSWERS ONLY PLEASE!!
i am 18 years old and white! i was born in johannesburg south africa and moved to american when i was 6. i recently got my citizenship, now im trying to apply for the African American scholarships. will i get in trouble or something??
Of course as long as you are African American then of course just cause your white it doesn't mater

if they don't let you apply for it tell them that they are racist. and that lats time you checked…this was AMERICA. everyone should be treated equally and have an equal chance.

Well, you won't get the scholarship. It is for Americans of black African descent, not for whites born in Africa who have come to America…and you know it. Nice try, though…
